无法启动Firefly RK3399板子

我购买了Firefly-rk3399，并且试图将操作系统从Android更新为Ubuntu，但现在无法启动。 通过USB-c连接或UART / USB连接在主机中看不到它。
我已在更新中附上了故障捕获信息，其中显示了与设备的最后一次通信。
要使此设备重新工作，需要采取什么步骤？

你先用那个固件，进入maskrom升级模式，升级看看能不能正常启动。怀疑你之前用错固件。

The firmware suggested was already tried. After being off for a couple
of days, it showed up in Maskrom mode this morning. I tried the firmware
from the link and it fails. Here is the screen capture of the results:

You try to use the upgrade_tool tool to upgrade on the ubuntu system. Enter Maskrom mode, lsusb mode detects whether there is a usb device, first erase and then write the firmware program.

I have tried the same process on Ubuntu! Also tried the rkdeveloptool to
erase it. Nothing has worked.
The documentation mentions RK3399_Android7.1_EraseIDB.7z but I cannot
find it to download. I have found a link to the Erase_IDB on the Baidu
site. But I cannot create a login and I cannot read the language. The
device will not load any firmware.
