急救！！！ 有图 ！USB转串口编译完成后 boot.img 烧写完毕无法启动

Gave up waiting for root device. Common problems:
- Boot args (cat /proc/cmdline)
--check rootdelay = (did the system waitlong enough?)
--check root = ( did the system wait for the right device?)
- Missing modules (cat /proc/moudles: ls /dev)
ALERT!/dev/block/mtd/by-name/linuxroot does not exist . Droppingto a shell!
