Please tell me why the MAC address is dynamic?
why not static ?

Ifyou burn an IDB inside of the board ,the MAC address will be static .
All of the board both have not burn IDB , soit willset an dynamic MAC.
You can set an file to save the first MAC address , when you turn on the board next time , read the last saving file and set into the board.

you can modify "drivers/net/ethernet/rockchip/vmac/rk29_vmac.c" this file to set an static MAC address ,
or code a funtion what ireplied .
