No LEDs

Received the product today.  Plug things in to boot the SBC up but no LED's, no power, no nothing.  Thoughts?

Thought thats where this was headed.  I was able to get the "brand name" image off the USB tool received.  Booted.  Thanks for the offer.  Kali would be nice to get running.  Anyone trying to fit a copy in the perimeters of this hardware?
