PCIE3.0 需要 100Mclk 的外置时钟芯片,如果没有系统就会卡死在 pcie 初始化,如果你自己做的底板没有 pcie3.0 接口请关闭 pcie 3.0 接口,另外最好把自己底板没有的接口功能全部都关闭
