Firefly RK3399 无法点亮 OV13850

Firefly RK3399主板，烧录Firefly-RK3399_Industry7.1.2_HDMI_220824后，通过相机应用，可以直接打开并正确显示画面，硬件连接和模组验证是好的

烧录FIREFLY-RK3399_Ubuntu18.04-r240_v2.5.1d_230330后，使用 dmesg | grep ov13850，显示如下：
