执行repo sync命令拉取ROC-RK3588S-PC的Linux的sdk的时候报错

问题描述：
在执行repo sync命令拉取ROC-RK3588S-PC的Linux的sdk的时候报错，报错如下：
root@test:/home/zhang/test/repo_test# repo sync

后来研究发现是由于在执行repo init命令后，在生成的.repo文件夹中没有manifests文件夹，.repo下面只有repo这个文件夹，
我搞不懂为何没有manifests文件夹，按道理正常来说.repo文件夹是会有manifests文件夹的。不知道我的为啥没有，求助！！！
