RK3328 android 8.1 的固件setting和状态栏隐藏了移动网络设置和信号图标，如何打开？

RK3328-PC，现在移植移远的EC20 4G模块上去，但是现在提供的源码将settings中的移动网络设置、基带信息，状态栏的信号的显示隐藏了，请问如何恢复移动网络信息这些选项显示和设置？
