cae_vad使用问题

测试使用讯飞的vad,
麦克风使用的是2颗模拟MIC，内部codec，验证使用

1. arecord -D hw:0,0 -c 8 -r 16000 -f S16_LE test.wav

录音及播放都Ok;
测试时，直接进入待机，说“灵犀灵犀”也不能唤醒；
