RK3399 Xubuntu 16.04如何安装Xfce

我在RK3399开发板安装了Firefly-rk3399_xubuntu1604_20170831。这个系统没有X-window，启动不了startx。我试着安装Xfce，安装是成功了。但是，startx失败了。
安装命令如下，
     apt-get install xfce4

出错信息如下，完整的见附件。请问如何解决？有没有其它的图形窗口系统，测试成功的。
