Does the camera (s5k4ecgx) work well in 720p30 mode ?

Hello.
I am testing camera ( s5k4ecgx ) on px3-se.
Some other sources/pakages are modified.So the following test is not work on default package.
   # gst-launch-1.0 v4l2src device=/dev/video0 io-mode=4 ! video/x-raw, format=NV12, width=1280, height=720 ! kmssink
   The result of  "Camera -> px3-se -> monitor" : https://youtu.be/VIBsYocbkBE   the problems on video occured after 8 sec and 48 sec periodically.

Camera vertical sync signal seems normal with 30Hz.
In kernel, SENSOR_BUS_PARAM is modified by disabling V4L2_MBUS_VSYNC_ACTIVE_HIGH.
(drivers\media\video\s5k4ec.c from rk3128 android pakcage)
If SENSOR_BUS_PARAM is used by default ( enable V4L2_MBUS_VSYNC_ACTIVE_HIGH), the problem is dispeared but framerate reduced to 15fps.

What can i check ?
Can Camera Interface of  PX3-SE support 720p30 or 1080p30?
