RK3399PRO-JD4固件无法烧写

1.上周五收到了两块rk3399pro-jd4的新主板,一块可以烧写,一块却烧写不了,刷机步骤,方法一:长按recover,然后按一下reset,过段时间松开recover,但是没有进入刷机模式。方法二:想用adb命令进入刷机模式,但是将usb公对公插入ubuntu电脑,设备都识别到,插入windows电脑也没识别到设备,usb线换过3跟,排除了usb线的问题。 

2.之前问贵司买过几块rk3399pro-jd4板子,其中一块刷了ubuntu固件之前操作都没问题,不知什么原因该板子上周有时候出现开机无法进入系统,有时候进入系统过个4-5分钟鼠标卡主,整个系统都卡住了,固件重新烧写,也是一样的现象,用贵司的hdmi触摸屏也出现一样的现象,想抓debug log 用usb转ttl,波特率1500000,一堆乱码,无法获取log,询问淘宝客服,让我发帖询问。

1、烧写固件时请注意:先用数据线连接开发板的 USB3.0(OTG)接口和电脑,然后再按照你的方法一进入loader模式。如果还是没有进入loader模式,可以按照wiki进入maskrom模式烧录固件: http://wiki.t-firefly.com/zh_CN/ ... 4/maskrom_mode.html
2、串口波特率等相关设置都正确,然而还是出现乱码的话,试试看把 TX/RX 交换看看。详情请参考wiki:http://wiki.t-firefly.com/zh_CN/Core-3399pro-JD4/debug.html

1.第一个问题解决了。
2.第二个问题换了个usb转ttl设备,log能出来,下面是debug抓取的完整log,一直卡在firefly开机log界面

这样的情况是hdmi屏幕卡住了,但是在串口里还可以操作是吗?

hdmi屏幕没卡住的时候,串口可以操作,卡住的时候,串口里也卡住,按回车也没反应,没接hdmi也是一样的现象

我是经常遇到过无线鼠标卡住几秒钟的情况,我一直以为是usb的无线鼠标的问题,没注意是不是内核卡主还是哪里卡住了,一般不接串口

1.如果只有一块有问题可能是硬件问题,烧个android验证一下会不会也是异常
2.如果没有打印任何错误log就挂掉很可能是硬件问题,你可以试一下串口卡住的时候输入"fiq" fiq是优先级最高的终端模式,防止机器卡死时候可以抓取log。
3.如果上诉方法都验证过有问题,就没有办法了,寄回去硬件检查一下吧
