报错：RgaBlit(1465) RGA_BLIT fail: Invalid argument

在使用RGA时出现一下错误

1. Rga resize: resize error for status: Fatal error: Failed to call RockChipRga interface, query log to find the cause of failure.
   
2. resize src===> width: 1920, height: 1080, h_stride: 1920, v_stride: 1088, format:3840
   
3. resize dst===> width: 1280, height: 720, wstride: 1280, hstride: 720 ,format:3840
   
4. RgaBlit(1465) RGA_BLIT fail: Invalid argument
   
5. RgaBlit(1466) RGA_BLIT fail: Invalid argument
