QCN9274 chip showdown: DR9274-5G6G vs.DR9274-DB performance competition

Compare the main differences and common features between DR9274-DB and DR9274-5G6G:
Similarity:
1. Chipset and WLAN host interface:
DR9274-DB: uses Qualcomm Atheros QCN9274 (QCN6274) chip and supports PCI Express 3.0 interface.
DR9274-5G6G: Using Qualcomm Atheros QCN9274 chip, it also supports PCI Express 3.0 interface.
2. System memory and standard operating voltage: Both have system memory of 2Mbit serial I²C bus EEPROM and operate at a standard operating voltage of 5V.
3. Host interface and antenna cable/port: Both use M.2 connector and PCI Express 3.0 interface, equipped with 4 U.FL connectors.

DR9274-DB supports 20/40MHz spectrum width at 2.4GHz and 20/40/80/160MHz spectrum width at 5GHz. DR9274-5G6G supports 20/40/80/160/320MHz spectrum width of 5GHz.
4. Modulation technology:
Both DR9274-DB and DR9274-5G6G support various OFDMA modulation technologies.
DR9274-5G6G provides higher QAM level (4096QAM) on the 6GHz band.
Based on the above comparison, DR9274-5G6G has higher performance than DR9274-DB in terms of frequency range, data transmission rate, transmission power, etc., and is suitable for more complex RF environments, while DR9274-DB is more suitable for general wireless application scenarios .
